How can I receive my parcel?
You can pick up your parcel at a local pickup point, locker, or post office. An SMS / E-mail will be sent to you according to the contact information on your order submission. The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Mate, this toilet brush is a game-changer, but weird!

Great brush for Toto wall hung toilet. Very flexible to get into those hard to reach areas under the bowl lip. This brush is small in size and looks great as it tucks into the corner without taking up lots of space. This set of two brushes also comes with additional adhesive units if you wish to wall mount them. I searched a long time for this type of brush that wouldn’t scratch the porcelain finish and this set fits the bill. Since it comes as a two pack I have a reserve on hand.

The brushes came in two pieces that snap together. One was a bit tough to snap together but it finally clicked. The silicone is soft but sturdy. At first I was skeptical of how well these clean but it has two surfaces – one flat and one curved which can clean every part of the toilet bowl. Much more sanitary vs. the old style brushes, doesn’t hold gross toilet water in the bristles like the old ones used too. Would definitely recommend an upgrade to these brushes. Also, smaller footprint vs. traditional brushes.

Sturdy brushes in this 2 pack. Only issue I had with them is that the liner and the actual brush holder both have drainage holes so you can’t add disinfectant and any liquid that may be on the brush will leak onto the floor.

this looks nice in the bathroom and has a small footprint. you do have to scrub a little harder with the silicone brush than a regular but it’s worth it for the flexibility and how much less gross it is all round.

Great toilet brushes, only negative is the stickers supplied, they stick amazingly well to tiled walls but because of the finish on the holder they just don’t stick!!! All three that we bought would not adhere and it was a tough job getting the other halves off the tiled walls!!! Now stood on the floor. But still great loo brushes
