How can I receive my parcel?

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?
If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.

Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out the form, and get the case number; then, our customer service will take care of the rest for you.
Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

I don’t like that it feels oily on my skin and the light shade has a shimmer to it that isn’t the best for my textured skin.

I’m a pretty fair skinned person, so I mix a tan concealer and a pale foundation and it makes a good match. I add this contour stick to add some color and some definition to my jaw line, under my nose, and my cheek bones. I don’t use the lighter stick because it becomes chalky for some reason but I’ve really only tried it a handful of times so maybe I should try again. Anyways, 5 stars.
