    So good! But soooo time consuming! This thing literally cuts the time in half. All I have to do is cut the veggies into smaller pieces and put the pieces through this. No more dicing by hand! ? it is also great for home made hashbrowns!

    My biggest complaint is there are no directions! Slicing wasn’t too difficult but the dicing required some trial and error and some finger cuts. Would have been sooo helpful to have directions!

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return? 

If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.
(refunds can only be applied after the receipt of the products).

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
