    So far this gadget I got will work just fine for my car.

    I absolutely love it! Very sturdy, easy to install, and charges my phone fast. The only problem that I have with it is that it will sometimes make my car vents move down and this will cause the mount to tilt downwards, but the phone does not come out of the mount so I guess that is a plus. All in all a good purchase and will continue to use it.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
