How to return it?
Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out the form, and get the case number; then, our customer service will take care of the rest for you.
Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

No sticking threads, no smell, the fabric is mostly cotton, soft and breathable but also a bit stretchy, colors are as in the photos, only the brick colored ones appear a little bit orange in real life, take your size or size bigger if you prefer them to not be so tight on the body.
