It is an innovative patented device that automatically closes doors made of small and compact plastic that is attached to the frame by a strong and powerful adhesive on one side and on the other side is hung by a transparent hook that is attached to the door, when the door is opened an extremely strong metal wire is stretched connecting them up to a distance of 1.2 meters, an internal mechanism will cause the wire to retrace its steps and close your door hermetically after only a few seconds.

How can I receive my parcel?

The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?
If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.

How to return it?
Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out the form, and get the case number; then, our customer service will take care of the rest for you.
Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
