    My grandkids both love this dinosaur train track. They both want it kept here so they can play with it here and they can not get enough time making new roads. This one is very sturdy, easy to set up and very giftable

    Super fun for kid.
    My 3 year old grandson dropped one of the cars and the mechanism inside broke so the batteries will no longer make the car run. As three year old children are tough on toys the car should be more durable.

    He plays with this for hours! It’s not the best quality but if you treat it reasonably you shouldn’t have an issue. We have had it a few weeks with zero complaints.

You can pick up your parcel at a local pickup point, locker, or post office. An SMS / E-mail will be sent to you according to the contact information on your order submission. The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return? 

If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.
(refunds can only be applied after the receipt of the products).

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
