How can I receive my parcel?

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

My skin looks amazing. The only thing I dislike is that the product cakes onto the cushion and doesnt come off. Maybe I’m using it wrong. I wash the cushion with some cleansing oil and water so it’s not a biggie. Would still recommend this product!

Blimey, I’m absolutely chuffed with this BB cream from nan! The natural colour matches my skin tone perfectly and the coverage is fab. It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel heavy on my face, but still evens out my complexion. Only reason I knocked a star off was it didn’t last all day, but I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase!

So my skin is more on the dry and sensitive side, but I loved this. Compared to western beauty, I can almost never find a good foundation that matches my skin (my skin is pretty light btw) and most of the foundations would usually end up looking orange on me. But this looks very good on me and also doesn’t dry up my skin or make my skin look patchy/flakey which is something that I sometimes get from other foundations.
