Can my return request be declined?

- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

I wanted heat resistant gloves that were easy to clean and these def satisfy my needs in that dept, however they are not the most maneuverable if you are trying to grab smaller items or using them to flip steaks. They also become super slippery when grease gets on them but I’m guessing all silicone gloves do that. I wash these gloves like washing my hands just pour some dawn and rub under hot water, boom done let’m dry
