    Easy to carry around, so far had no issues with any leaking or damage from falling. My dogs seems to like it and it’s easy to fill and clean. Also comes with wrist strap and keeps enough water for a decent walk. I have small dogs so this works well for me.

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
