    Great dog water bottle. Love the aesthetic of the bottle, along with the functionality. Let out as much water as you want with out having to squeeze and hold then when you’re done, just press the button and let leftover water back in or you can dump the water out. Buttton has a lock so water doesn’t accidentally come out. Very handy bottle.

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
