Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Mate, I was really keen to try this Silicone Toilet Brush, but to be honest, it’s just alright. The holder’s a bit flimsy and the brush doesn’t pick up crumbs like my old one did. Still, it’s not all bad – the handle’s comfy to hold and the scrubber head is pretty good for general cleaning.
