    I purchased this for my granddaughter to use as a swim bag. It is great quality and could even hold more than towel/clothing and shower supplies. It would be a great bag for travelers as it folds into itself quite easily and would fit in a purse or other bag easily.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return? 

If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.
(refunds can only be applied after the receipt of the products).

Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out the form, and get the case number; then, our customer service will take care of the rest for you.

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
