How to return it?
Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out the form, and get the case number; then, our customer service will take care of the rest for you.
Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

You can basically zip it up to make a giant basket in the back seat with is great. It hooked to the head rests of the back seats and front seats. You can leave it in when people ride in the back you just unhook it from the front head rests and it acts like any other seat cover.
