By registering an account or purchasing on the Yofi Yofi platform (the Platform) or by otherwise using any other services provided by the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions describe the conditions applicable to your access, use of, and shopping on the Platform.

Purchasing On Yofi Yofi Platform

Under Customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses, and payers’ names should be valid. In certain countries, the consignee may have to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the Platform.

Should any information be incorrect and thus prevent any shipment or deliveries or customs clearance, the Platform will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.

Yofi Yofi will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind users to do the same. As importers, the customers are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations in their own countries.

Product Pricing

Prices and availability of items are subject to change online without notice. The prices do not include V.A.T, import tax, and duties (unless they’re included and noted in the checkout), should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer cannot request a refund or order cancellation regarding such conditions.

Shipment & Delivery

  1.Where do we ship to?
  We can ship parcels to most countries or regions.
  Countries or regions not shipped to Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Syria

  2.When & how do we ship?
  After you finish paying the order, we’ll process your order(s) in 72h. Our pick & pack team will complete all the processes and move to the
  logistics warehouse operated by ourselves to prepare for a quick shipment.

   Note: The above is the standard shipment and is available for most countries. Delays can occur upon force majeure, such as weather
  conditions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, flight arrangements, and other external factors.

  3.Covid-19 & Force Majeure
  Due to certain global situations such as Covid 19, war outbreaks, natural disasters, etc., the shipment of your order(s) can be affected or
  delayed.

  4.When can you receive your order(s)?
  The estimated delivery time will take 10-15 business days.

  5.Will I be charged for tax and duty?

  In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling
  fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

  Those taxes and duties (if occur) of your parcel are charged under the customs regulations of the destination country, and they vary differently
  from country to country. You may kindly refer to the local customs office for any or further charging policy.

  6.How can I receive my parcel?
  You can pick up your parcel at a local pickup point, locker, or post office. An SMS / E-mail will be sent to you according to the contact
  information on your order submission. The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point
  location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Return Policy

We aim to offer services that will benefit our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make, but we also understand in certain circumstances, you may want to request a return. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to settle for you.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return? 

If an item has no defects or it matches the description, but you simply do not like it or it doesn’t fit you well — you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.

Notes: refunds can only be applied after the receipt of the products 

Please contact our Customer Service ASAP if you have a request for a return/refund. Our team will try our best to be at your service.

  • The product must be in an unused condition with its original and closed package.
  • The unreturnable/unrefundable: pills, food, lingerie, cosmetics/skincare/liquid products
  • If you’ve received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we’ll try our best to solve it for you.
  • The return expenses will be covered by us.

How to return it?

Login to your account on the Yofi-Yofi platform, go to Return My Product, fill out and form and get the case number, then you’ll have our customer service take care of the rest for you.

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item; but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Product Descriptions

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant those product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If a key product specification is changed after you place an order or within seven days of delivery, you can cancel and return the order for a full refund.

Account Termination

Once your account is terminated, you will not be able to log in to your account using your username and password. Please note that account cancellation will not release you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees payable by you to the Company.

Please take note that we may purge all data for suspended, expired, and canceled accounts at our sole discretion. It is solely your responsibility to maintain backups of all your data that you wish to access at all times especially before canceling your account.

The Company reserves the right to terminate any User account or suspend a User’s access to the Platform under the following circumstances:

  1. A User has violated any provisions of this Agreement;
  2. A User’s conduct is harmful to the Company or any other Users; or
  3. The Company discontinues the Service for any reason.

Logos, icons, graphics, and Website names are trademarks registered by Yofi Yofi or its affiliates. All the registered and unregistered trademarks shall not be used by you or any third party for any business purposes other than in connection with Yofi Yofi. Other trademarks which are not owned by Yofi Yofi are the property of the respective owners.

Yofi Yofi Marketing Correspondence

Following initial registration, and provided they grant their consent, customers are added to our mailing list featuring special deals, coupons, and promotions. This allows our customers to take advantage of exclusive discounts. All customers can choose to unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking on the link in the email footer.

Force Majeure

Neither the Company nor the User will be held liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations towards the other if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, the act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, pandemic, epidemic, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet or telephone service.
