- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

I love this toothbrush, my two year old can finally brush without tears! Very suitable for children, excellent product indeed. My kids love using this product. Not sure how well it actually cleans your teeth, but it’s better than not brushing at all.
