How can I receive my parcel?

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?

Can my return request be declined?

- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Really good so far. The 5 minute one does get stuck sometimes. We are using them to help teach our kids time. All of them were surprisingly accurate, off by only a few seconds at the most.
