Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

This shower head has filter beads in the handle. I’m not sure how well they work, but they’re there. The pressure coming out of the head is fine, and there are three different settings on it. There’s also an “off” button on the stalk. Over all, it’s a nice shower head.
