How can I receive my parcel?
You can pick up your parcel at a local pickup point, locker, or post office. An SMS / E-mail will be sent to you according to the contact information on your order submission. The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?
If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.
(refunds can only be applied after the receipt of the products).

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Great to see educational books to help teach while retaining the Childs attention. This is a great idea that is interactive and you can see his wheels turning. Velcro pages so the process can be repeated and learning is fun. The first book has all the fun stuff kids love from farm animals to snakes and pets. Spending time together and enjoying learning is priceless and these books are a great teaching tool.

Overall, I think it’s going to be great. I bought it for my 2 year old but would bet my Kindergartener will want in on the fun, too. For the price, I’m content and it will be a great learning aid.

It’s a really good book. My toddler caught on right away and I love watching her learn where everything goes. Must say her favorite part is taking everything off so I give her certain pieces for each page one at a time so she can really enjoy it.

Love the concept of this book, but not easy to keep up with pieces. The Velcro dots need to be a bit larger for small hands, so when placing pieces they may not attach sufficiently meaning some pieces fall off and don’t stick well enough.Again, love the concept.
