How can I receive my parcel?

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

This was a Christmas gift for out 2 1/2 yr. old West Coast granddaughter and she loves playing with all the little cars on the tracks. And it was easy to assemble on Christmas Eve and we grandparents loved that part of it too. Would definitely recommend.
