Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?
If an item has no defects or matches the description, but you do not like it, or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it within 14 days after the delivery.

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

Must have patience with the product. Followed instructions per package but instead of leaving on for more than 10-20 seconds at a time, afraid it would leave burn marks, I gently dabbed each skin tag for several seconds at a time instead. It causes some minor itching and irritation at first but you will eventually become use to it.

I use this on warts and skin tags and it removes them. It may take several applications and you have to be careful not to apply to the surrounding area. It stings a bit, but it is tolerable.

This works. My skin tag fell off by the tine day 8 rolled around. It’s gonna be uncomfortable for that week because it’s in the process of falling off. Make sure to wear clothes that aren’t too tight around that area and let it breathe.
