Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

These are soft mats which are perfect for walk in showers and toilets. I love the feel of the mat and its much easier to clean than those rugs or mats which may be super filthy and you wont even know it. They are not too thick either which works well for doors
