How can I receive my parcel?

The SMS / E-mail will update you with the information of your parcel’s tracking number, pickup point location, link to change/update pickup point location, and in some cases secure code for the pickup.

Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?

Can my return request be declined?
Yes, in case:
- It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
- The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
- The return package cannot be tracked.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.

It’s easy to use, and small enough to use for travel. This item works and it works really well, however you don’t get the amount of uses the seller claims before having to change out the stone and cleaning. After about 6 uses I had to change the stone and clean it.
