    The idea for this is great. But I think I spend most of the time cleaning the letters up or finding them in weird places. I suggest finding a different bag for this, as the bag it comes with spills easily. Otherwise, the kids love spelling out the words and it has helped them develop an interest in spelling and reading.

    I liked everything about it, only what I changed, I got different box, that it would be easier to open for kids themselves, I used plastic box from doctors set, it is very handy to keep it tidie and to use it for kids.

    Love the fact that letters are lower case. My four year old grandson has just started school & he loves these. Really helps him recognising letters & short words, highly recommended.

Can my return request be declined?

Yes, in case:

  • It’s been more than 14 days since you received the item, but in any case, you can contact us for any friendly solution.
  • The product has been used or is of personal care, such as cream, underwear, food, medical care, etc.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return or the tracking number (depending on product value). The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
